What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00 central standard time.

Do you ship outside of Europe?

Yes, we ship to the United States.

Are the prices in US dollars?

Yes, all prices quoted are in US dollars.

What if there is a product I am interested in, but is not on your website?

Please call and ask our customer service team, they would be more than happy to check the availability of the requested product for you.

How long does it take to get my order?

All refrigerated product such as Botox or Dysport will be shipped to you within 4 days of ordering. In the rare instance that we do not have stock immediately available in our facilities we will inform you at the time of your order as to the expected time for your order to get out.
If you are located outside of the USA we will ship refrigerated products either by courier or express post depending on your location. In this instance delivery times will vary.

All non refrigerated products such as Restylane or Synvisc will be shipped by Post Express to you. Typically 7-10 days should be allowed for the product to arrive at your door.
If you are located outside of the USA we will ship refrigerated products either by courier or express post depending on your location. In this instance delivery times will vary.
In both instances of shipping you will be provided with a tracking number within 24 hours of your order being shipped.
If you place your order through the bulk order option, your order will only be shipped once the minimum required amount of orders are met.

What method of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa and American Express.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is now FREE on all orders placed!!

What is the difference between the products you are selling compared to the products I am buying in the USA?

The only difference is the cosmetic appearance of the packaging. As multinational manufacturers are required to package their products according to the distribution country's requirements, there may be slight packaging differences. However, rest assured that the product you order from us will always be the same product that you buy in the United States. In several cases, some products are manufactured by different manufacturers overseas as the major patent holder for that product may provide marketing rights to different companies in specific jurisdictions. For example, Restylane is exclusively marketed by Medicis in North America, and it is marketed exclusively in Europe by Q-MED. Regardless, you will receive the exact same FDA-approved product with the exact same active ingredient.
