    Product Description

Restylane® Defyne Lidocaine is a soft-gel filler designed to give a lifted, youthful appearance. This Restylane® formulation is a solution for deeper facial wrinkles and creases or to replace lost skin volume. This product is ideal for treating substantial nasolabial folds. Optimal Balance Technology (OPT) allows the solution to integrate smoothly into the skin. Contains lidocaine, a powerful anaesthetic, for a more comfortable insertion. Designed for use as a dermal volumizer to correct deeper wrinkles, creases, or other skin defects.

How can I purchase Restylane® Defyne™ for my medical spa?

RESTYLANE® uses hyaluronic acid to correct deep wrinkles and comes as an injectable gel. You can purchase RESTYLANE® online from MedicalSpaRX.com or you can phone our friendly customer service associates to place your order. When you buy wholesale RESTYLANE® from Medical Spa RX, you can help your patients regain a more youthful look as you fill their deeper wrinkles and skin creases.

Where can I use this treatment to correct skin imperfections?

You should apply RESTYLANE® DEFYNE™ into the deep dermis or upper subcutaneous layer, and you can use it in most areas that have deeper wrinkles or facial creases. These could include the marionette lines, which run from the mouth to the chin and can give a frowning or puppet-like appearance, or the nasolabial folds, which run from the nose to the mouth and can give the face a harsh appearance. Lines like these may appear on younger patients , but often they become deeper and more severe with age. When you treat your patients with RESTYLANE®, you can fill in these wrinkles and lines to give their skin a more smooth, more youthful appearance.

Why do some medical spas prefer using this product to treat wrinkles?

Often different densities of dermal fillers are created by using non-cross-linked, or free, hyaluronic acid to change their concentration. The problem with this is the free hyaluronic acid can absorb water much like a sponge, causing side-effects like swelling. RESTYLANE® DEFYNE™ uses a different process to create a different firmness for each filler. The manufacturers pass RESTYLANE® through a sieve, which sorts the cross-linked hyaluronic acid into different particle sizes. Each particle size is suited for a different application, with RESTYLANE® DEFYNE™ having the second-highest particle size. This makes this RESTYLANE® formulation most suited for treating deeper wrinkles and lines. All the EMERVEL® products maintain the same concentrations with no free hyaluronic acid to cause excess swelling.

When does it degrade within the skin?

Hyaluronic acid normally breaks down quickly within the body, but RESTYLANE® is cross-linked. This cross-linked hyaluronic acid helps RESTYLANE® continue smoothing wrinkles for about six to nine months. Clinical trials showed that the results of a RESTYLANE® treatment can even last up to twelve months. When their wrinkles and skin creases do start to reappear, your patients can return to your medical spa for another RESTYLANE® treatment.

What side effects could my clients experience?

Although they usually resolve a few days later, RESTYLANE® injections could cause side-effects like mild pain and tenderness, redness, itching, and swelling at the injection site. You should not use RESTYLANE® DEFYNE™ to treat your patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding or that have an autoimmune disorder, porphyria, severe allergies, or an allergy or sensitivity to hyaluronic acid, Lidocaine, or amide anesthetics. You should also not insert RESTYLANE® into areas of the body that already have a dermal volumizer, especially a permanent filler, or that have acute or chronic skin lesions.

Who can buy this product for their medical spa?

If you are a dermatologist, plastic surgeon, or other type of physician or medical practitioner, you can purchase RESTYLANE® for your medical spa. When you buy wholesale RESTYLANE® from Medical Spa RX, you can help correct deep wrinkles and creases to give your clients more smooth, more youthful-looking skin.
