Most U.S. orders are processed within 24 hours and arrive within 3–4 business days, so you can expect to receive your products fast. We’ll send you tracking number within 24 hours after shipping. Guaranteed delivery time is 14 days, or you get a refund/replacement.

Order processing takes 24-48 hours, and the U.S delivery on average takes 3 to 4 business days. You will get your tracking number within 24 hours of shipping.

If you use our Group Buy order option, your order is shipped once the total orders meet the minimum required amount. If, for some reason stock is not immediately available when you place an order, we will let you know.

Manufacturers often produce different packaging for international markets to stay compliant with local regulations. Although the language on the box may differ, the product inside remains the same in terms of ingredients, quality, and performance. The only difference is the price, as non-English versions frequently cost less due to regional pricing rules. Whenever possible, we offer both English and non-English packaging so you can choose what works best for your practice.
