You can email or order online at any time and we will process your request as soon as we are back in the office.
You can place an order if you, as an individual or a corporation, are licensed to purchase the products in question. Some products listed on our website are restricted to appropriately-licensed medical professionals in some jurisdictions. If you are unsure if you have the correct license to order a particular product, please contact one of our friendly customer service associates. If you prefer someone else to order on your behalf, such as your medical spa coordinator, you have that option. Simply complete an authorization form identifying the person you want to authorize and ensure the form is signed by the licensed person or business we have on file. Once we receive this form by fax or email, the person you specify can then order on your behalf.
All prices we quote on Medical Spa RX are in US dollars. However, we do offer a convenient drop-down menu on our site that allows you to see prices in other currencies. We offer this only for your convenience. When you check out, you will be informed of the currency and amount of your purchase.
If you are interested in a product but do not see it for sale on our site, we may still be able to locate it for you. Please call or email our customer service team so they can check the availability of the product. We are happy to help you find what you need.
Due to COVID-19 procedures and precautions, shipping times may be delayed. We ship your order within two business days, and on average the orders take around five to seven business days to arrive. If for some reason stock is not immediately available when you place an order, we will tell you when we expect to ship your order. Orders are shipped with express service so you get them as soon as possible. When we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number within 24 hours. If you use our Group Buy order option, we will only ship your order once total orders meet the minimum required amount. All orders are ex-works at the shipping location.
You can pay for your order using Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Sorry, we do not support 30-day payment terms at this time.

Some products on our website may list multiple prices. If you purchase between 1 and 5, you pay our standard price, but the more you buy, the lower your price. The lowest-price option is the Group Buy, where you combine your order with orders from other small businesses. Once the total orders reach a minimum quantity, you all receive your items at the discounted price. For more details, see our Group Buy Savings Program information.
You can order one product or one hundred. The more you buy, the greater the discounts.
The only difference between the products we sell on MedicalSpaRX.com and the products you buy locally is the packaging. Since multinational manufacturers must package their products according to the distribution country's requirements, there may be slight differences in packaging around the world. You can feel secure knowing the products you order from MedicalSpaRX will always be of the same quality that you buy locally. In many cases, products are manufactured by different companies overseas since the major patent holder for the product may offer marketing rights to different companies in certain areas. For example, Restylane is marketed exclusively by Medicis in North America and in Europe by Q-Med. All products we sell are original, genuine products in original manufacturer's packaging, sealed and unadulterated.
If you have found a lower price, for the same product and similar quantity, shipping costs, and other terms, we may be able to meet or beat that price. Simply send us an invoice or other recent proof of the competitor's price.
If you refer a new client to us, we will credit your account $800 after your referral orders $2,000 of product. The credit will be automatically added to your account once this happens and you can use it towards your next purchase. We notify you when your referral opens an account and when your account credit is available. To participate, ask your referral to mention your name when they open their new account. Alternatively, you can tell us their name and contact information, and we will reach out to them to discuss the benefits of opening an account. You can refer a new client using our referral form.
