Perfectha® Fine Lines 1ml is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler, designed to help correct superficial lines around the eyes and face. Use Perfectha® Fine Lines 1ml to reduce fine periorbital lines and to create a low volume filler effect in the face to cover fine lines. With a cross-linking rate of 90%, the Perfectha® gel is injected into the superficial dermis (upper first layer of skin). Indicated for filling superficial skin depressions, reducing fine peri-orbital and peri-oral wrinkles as well as forehead wrinkles.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a natural substance in the body that sustains moisture and suppleness. It strongly attracts water molecules to provide hydration and consequently healthy filling in the dermis. However, the concentration in the body deteriorates over time, especially after the body begins to age beyond 25 years. The dermis takes its toll by losing its volume, becoming more dehydrated, and forms lines and wrinkles.
As a solution, this dermal enhancer introduces bioresorbable HA into the dermis, providing ample hydration and volume. Using ObvieLine’s own E-Brid™ Technology, the HA is a product of biofermentation and enhanced using covalent bonds. The high molecular weight and high purity of sodium hyaluronate, along with other microgel particles, are made to be more viscous and have slower gel degradation process. Other additives in the polymer solution network creates a protective environment to the fluid such as antioxidants, resistance towards enzymatic process of hyaluronidase, and able to fill cutaneous depressions. It is also highly elastic and moldable to fit and remain in a designated area of the face. Therefore, the injectable fluid will support the dermis into its firmer state, and lifts the radiant glow in oneself.
Use Instructions
How Do I Use Or Apply Perfectha?
Only licensed practitioners may carry out this procedure. Examine the client’s dermis condition and inform them of any contraindications, expectations, and risks that may occur. Disinfect the site of Perfectha® injection. Prepare the syringe and screw the 30G ½” needle gently into the syringe. Inject the gel into the superficial dermis layer, using retrograde technique. Do not over-correct. Gently massage the area to distribute the dermal filler to its targeted space. Apply an iced water compress onto the area to reduce swelling or bruising. Dispose all used needles, syringes, and unused gel.
When Can I Use It?
The Perfectha® filler’s volume and particle size are suitable for patients who want to remove mild superficial lines and skin depressions that are not caused by muscle activity or deep folds. This light dermal filler is applicable for adults aged 18 and above who experiences aging, stress from environmental factors, and internal hydration loss.
What Area Does It Treat?
Minor superficial dermis lines and mild skin depressions, especially at the periorbital and perioral lines.
How Long Do Results Last?
This particular dermal filler by Perfectha® can last about four to six months, depending on the skin’s condition. The biphasic properties and the formulation of the HA complex lend to slow degradation rate.
How Long Does The Treatment Take?
Each session should take on an average of 20 to 30 minutes. After the injection, advise the client to avoid wearing any make-up, wash in a hot bath or perform vigorous exercise for at least 24 hours. Reduce exposure to ultra violet (UV) rays and wear sun protection factor (SPF) 30 sunscreen. Avoid any extreme temperatures and environmental stressors for at least a week to allow the gel to fully settle in the dermis.
