Perfectha(5)
The Perfectha range is Sinclair Pharma’s range of injectable dermal fillers and skincare products that aim to provide protection and revitalization for your patient’s skin. The dermal filler range comes in 5 formulations, each designed for treating a specific set of skin concerns: Fine Lines, for the treatment of superficial wrinkles and fine lines; Derm, which treats moderate wrinkles; Deep, customized for severe winkles, furrows and lip augmentation; Subskin, for the cheeks, chin, and hands; and Complement, a treatment that works as a skin revitalizer.
The Perfectha range also includes a skincare line that is designed to protect the skin from the harmful effects of aging. The skincare range includes serums for the face and eyes, an anti-aging cream, and a lip treatment.
Perfectha dermal fillers are suitable for individuals above the age of 18 who exhibit and are looking to fix the early signs of aging, such as wrinkles, laugh lines, crow’s feet, and loss of volume. In addition, this product is also indicated for non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as lip enhancement.
The following groups of people are not recommended to proceed with a Perfectha treatment: children under the age of 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and individuals who exhibit hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronan or its derivatives.
The Perfectha skincare range is suitable for all skin types, but those with aging skin will benefit the most from these products.
The amount of hyaluronic acid in the skin helps it to get an extensive amount of hydration and elasticity and therefore prevents wrinkles. As people age, their bodies start to break it down, and that is the main reason why the skin loses elasticity and vitality. That is when your patients begin to get expression lines and furrows.
Perfectha products correct these issues by taking advantage of the water-loving properties of hyaluronic acid, a polysaccharide naturally found in skin tissue. When injected into the skin, Perfectha products behave like a water reservoir, which helps improve tissue hydration. When diffused into the skin, Perfectha also acts as a biostimulant to promote collagen synthesis. As a result, skin structure is markedly improved, restoring firmness and suppleness to the skin.
Perfectha skincare products complement the dermal filler products, and are meant to enhance and prolong the results of a Perfectha filler treatment.
Perfectha filler injections must be carried out by a trained medical personnel. Following a brief consultation session with the patient, mark out all points of injection sites with a marking pen. Sterilize site(s) of injection with an appropriate disinfectant. In some cases, steps may be taken to manage patient pain or discomfort by applying a local anesthetic (either topical or via injection). Proceed with injection of filler to the predetermined sites, and evaluate the effects. Add more injections as needed. Your patient may ease any discomfort or swelling by applying an ice pack to the site of injection. Overall, the procedure should take no more than half an hour.
Your patients should see visible results immediately after treatment. Duration of effects are within the range of 4 to 12 months. Additional top up treatments are required to maintain satisfactory results.
These products comply with all safety standards set by the governing health authorities.
The hyaluronic acid in Perfectha products is non-animal derived, lessening the possibility of hypersensitivity reactions.
Some expected side effects that may occur include slight discomfort or pain at the site of injection, swelling, redness and bruising in the treated area. These effects are temporary and should not last more than a week. Should these symptoms persist, the patient should return for medical attention.
No recovery time is necessary following a Perfectha treatment. However, patients should take the following precautions post injection: avoid sun exposure until side effects are resolved
The cost of Perfectha injections ranges from $300 to $525; this will vary by region, doctor, and treatment type.
